Pre-Production and Short-Run Machining
Our commitment is to guarantee the final part matches the quality of the rest. We achieve this through a set of rigorous practices, such as maintaining highly repeatable work-holding, precise reorientation and positioning, and vigilant in-process quality monitoring. We have the expertise to intuitively identify any signs of a declining process.

Prototypes
Prototype machining requires creativity, anticipating obstacles and getting it right the first time. As experts, we are able to focus quickly and achieve intended results on the first try.

Fixtures
A few key elements we incorporate into the design and construction of our jigs and fixtures include: repeatability, scalability, ease of use and safety.

Outsource
We machine parts for larger shops. We are considered to be a top choice CNC milling outsource.

Equipment
Our primary machine tool is a 2018 HAAS 3Axis VMC. It is designed for increased accuracy on lower volume runs, equipped with fine pitch ball-screws which allow travel of 20 inches (508mm) on X and 16 inches (406mm) on Y. Auxiliary precision equipment includes a Chevalier FSG-618M Surface Grinder.

For additional requirements such as plating, we work with a network of suppliers that complement our services.
